Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and cost reduction.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management or business administration preferred.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation to inform decisions and drive process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Procurement: build and lead the procurement team to implement buying strategies ensuring quality, quantity, and price while maintaining compliance and reducing risk.
• Cost: optimize costs across procurement and supply chain, negotiate favorable terms, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Inventory: manage inventory levels to meet demand and align with business goals.
• Supply Chain: oversee procurement, outside processing, sub-assembly contracts, shipping, and freight to ensure an efficient, cost-effective chain.
