Saronic Technologies, a leader in autonomous maritime solutions, seeks a Procurement Coordinator in Austin to manage end-to-end sourcing, PO follow-ups, vendor relations, and inventory control. The role supports production of autonomous surface vessels and requires collaboration with engineering, quality, and production teams.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in supply chain roles, strong Excel and ERP/MRP skills, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset to optimize costs and on-time delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, or related roles preferred.
• ERP/MRP System Proficiency (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Advanced Excel Skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data analysis)
• Inventory Management, Logistics and Freight Coordination, Procurement and Purchase Order Management
• Understanding of Supply Chain KPIs, Documentation & record Keeping
• Basic Understanding of Import/Export Compliance (e.g., Incoterms, customs processes)
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Mansioni

• Coordinate end-to-end flow of materials to production facilities to meet schedules.
• Assist in purchase order follow-up, supplier sourcing, pricing, and negotiations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize storage and costs.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to align supply with demand.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics and track shipments for on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory and prepare regular reports.
• Update supplier and item databases for procurement and compliance.
• Identify disruptions and develop contingency plans to maintain production continuity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, logistics, and inventory management
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
