Pennsy Supply, a CRH company, is seeking a Strategic Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement initiatives across Pennsy Supply and Dolomite Products. Based primarily at Pennsy operations, the role partners with leadership, engineering, finance, and field teams to deliver best-in-class total cost of ownership solutions.

Travel is required across Pennsylvania with monthly trips to Rochester, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Professional procurement certification (CPSM, CPM, CSCP or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect spend for Pennsy and Dolomite.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to maximize total value.
• Manage RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
• Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, standardization, and process improvements.
• Analyze market conditions and risks to manage costs and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities that improve operational and financial performance.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with CRH Americas Materials procurement strategies.
