Job summary

Pennsy Supply, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement initiatives across Pennsy and Dolomite.

This role partners with leadership and operations to deliver best-in-class total cost of ownership solutions aligned with CRH strategies. The role focuses on CAPEX and OPEX savings, supplier performance, and risk mitigation, while collaborating with centralized procurement to meet financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Professional certification (CPSM/CPM/CSCP or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing across direct and indirect spend for Pennsy and Dolomite.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to maximize total value.
• Manage RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
• Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and process improvements.
• Analyze market conditions and risk to proactively manage costs and performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive procurement excellence and financial results.
