Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Procurement to build and lead the organization’s procurement program for direct and indirect goods and services.

This role combines strategic planning with practical execution, including policy development, supplier negotiation, contract administration, and cross‑functional collaboration across U.S. locations. Based in our corporate HQ in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, travel around the USA is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related field.
• 7–10 years of related procurement experience with at least 3 years in supervision.
• Results‑oriented, metrics‑driven leader with expertise in purchasing, supplier collaboration, development and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a procurement business plan; establish long‑term goals for the department.
• Lead RFP processes, negotiate vendor pricing and terms beneficial to the organization.
• Lead initial and renewal contract negotiation and administration; track renewal dates.
• Implement and administer procurement policies, procedures and training programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to consolidate spend and drive cost savings.
• Manage PO processes and vendor onboarding, including M&A transitions.
