Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement to develop and execute strategic procurement and materials management for direct and indirect goods and services. The role leads a centralized program, collaborates with stakeholders, and champions policy and system improvements.

It starts as an individual contributor position with growth as the team scales. The position emphasizes cost savings, compliance, and process optimization, with travel and in-office duties required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Results-oriented, metrics-driven leader with expertise in purchasing, supplier collaboration, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a procurement business plan and long-term goals.
• Lead procurement team performance plans and appraisals.
• Serve as primary contact for procurement questions, training, policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities via spend analysis and collaboration with internal users.
• Lead RFP processes and negotiate vendor pricing and terms.
• Lead initial and renewal contract negotiations and administration.
• Track vendor contracts, renewals, and ensure compliance with terms.
• Develop and implement procurement training programs for the team.
• Manage policies and programs to enhance organizational value and efficiency.
