Job summary

CFE International LLC, based in Houston, seeks a Procurement Manager to build and lead a high-impact procurement function across natural gas and shared services. You will drive strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and governance while shaping teams, processes, and reporting.

Reporting to the VP of Administration, you will manage a small team, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliant, auditable procurement practices that align with company priorities and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive procurement experience.
• Experience in natural gas procurement, supply, transportation, or LNG.
• Ability to lead sourcing and contracting from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and contracting across gas and non-gas categories.
• Develop category strategies reflecting business requirements and risk.
• Maintain audit-ready procurement documentation and controls.
• Coach a small procurement team and drive governance and reporting.
