You will balance local and global supply, manage negotiations, and partner with operations, quality, engineering, and finance to ensure value and continuity. The role requires leadership to coach teams, a strong background in procurement, and a track record of successful strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing, procurement, or manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Experience sourcing domestically and internationally.
• Proven track record of strategic sourcing initiatives and cross-functional partnerships.
• People management experience with coaching and motivating teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of total-cost analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong project management and business-case analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Own supplier network, qualification, development, and performance reviews.
• Negotiate and administer pricing agreements including terms, warranties, and delivery metrics.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and finance to drive procurement excellence.
• Streamline procurement processes and expand supplier options for competitive advantage.
• Lead and develop procurement team members and foster accountability.
