Job summary

Alstom seeks a Procurement Manager to drive sourcing and supply chain strategies for next-generation mobility solutions. You will lead scalable procurement programs, collaborate with engineering and global sourcing, and ensure supplier risk management and contract adherence across procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience.
• Proficiency in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
• Strong cost analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance understanding.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable procurement strategies to optimize supplier performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and global sourcing teams to ensure project delivery.
• Manage supplier risk, quality, and contract adherence across procurement activities.
• Identify and integrate new suppliers, technologies, and sustainable practices into the supply chain.
