Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years' experience in procurement or supply chain, with strong negotiation, ERP (SAP) skills, and a track record of improving supplier performance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in transportation, manufacturing, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
• Strong understanding of cost analysis, risk management, and compliance within regulated industries.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
