Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) seeks a Senior Procurement Manager to join the Contracts Team in Huntsville, AL. The role requires leadership of procurement and subcontract activities, ensuring compliance with CPSR, ITAR/EAR, and government contracting standards while delivering best-value solutions.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with program managers, and drive procurement readiness, including CPSR audits and MAAR requirements, within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined procurement and subcontract administration experience.
• Experience leading a procurement team and training others on contracting basics.
• Previous CPSR experience or in an organization CPSR compliant.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal and external parties to support program objectives.
• Lead Procurement and Subcontract Teams to oversee supplier management, negotiations, and procurement activities.
• Analyze proposals, pricing, and cost data to conduct price and cost analyses, negotiate favorable terms.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance of procurement documents per CPSR and regulatory standards.
• Support proposal development with procurement strategies, supplier data, cost analysis, and subcontracting inputs.
• Identify and resolve procurement challenges, exercise judgment to mitigate risks and ensure program success.
• Provide regular procurement/status updates, metrics, and risk assessments to leadership.
• Collaborate with Contract Admins, Program Managers, Proposal teams, and Program Finance to align with requirements.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies and processes that promote efficiency and compliance.
• Lead procurement readiness and audits including CPSR, MAAR, PMSA, AS9100 compliance assessments.
• Ensure procurement practices meet government contracting and organizational requirements.
