• Serve as Deputy Chief Procurement Officer over HUD's procurement system.
• Advise the Assistant Secretary for Administration/Chief Acquisition Officer on acquisition matters.
• Lead and oversee pre-award, post-award, and contract price/cost analysis functions.
• Review major procurements for alignment with HUD strategies and value for costs.
• Develop and assess acquisition strategies and negotiate complex procurements.
