Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• 5+ years of progressive procurement experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration is a plus.
• Any relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Streamline procurement processes through proactive engagement and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop procurement team members.
• Identify stakeholder purchasing needs, cost-savings, and efficiency opportunities.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Resolve issues with innovative, value-driven solutions.
• Drive and ensure compliance with procedures, processes, and policies.
• Oversee the supplier selection process, conduct supplier evaluations and performance analysis.
• Improve system and software efficiency through analysis, testing, research, and review.
• Partner with accounts payable to monitor supplier accounts and ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Produce and present reports on procurement metrics and related activities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions and best practices.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks and projects.
