Job summary

Centstone seeks a Procurement Project Manager Sr in Nashville, TN. This onsite role partners with the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation (TDEC) to lead agency procurement from sourcing strategy to contract award.

You will draft solicitations, advise on procurement approaches, and coordinate with CPO to ensure compliant, timely bid processes while juggling multiple projects and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years of business, procurement, and/or contract management experience.
• Strong knowledge of RFP, RFQ, and RFI solicitation methods.
• Experience with procurement policies, procedures, and contract management.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and assist TDEC divisions in solicitation specifications based on internal and external sources of information.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and execution strategy for multiple solicitation methods including RFP, RFQ, and RFI.
• Represent TDEC and the Division of Grants and Contracts while speaking with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide strategic advice and consultation to agency procurement and program staff to determine proper methods of procurement, strategy development, and execution of procurement activities.
• Administer procurement activities from sourcing strategy through contract award.
• Identify agency needs, draft solicitations, and support CPO in executing procurements and state evaluation.
• Manage multiple schedules and procurement projects with strong time management.
