Job summary

Eis group usa is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing activities, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment. You will drive cost efficiencies, ensure on‑time delivery, and enforce company policies across all sourcing activities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of procurement experience, and strong Excel and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/admin or supply chain related field.
• 2+ years of procurement/purchasing experience.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and procurement software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
• Manage purchasing contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Analyze spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to forecast purchasing needs.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare purchasing reports.
