The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least three years of procurement experience, and strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel and procurement systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
• Manage purchasing contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance, product quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Analyze spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to forecast purchasing needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare purchasing reports.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and applicable regulations.
