Job summary

Fives DyAG Corp. in Connecticut seeks a Procurement professional to support the Winsted and Branford facilities.

You will report to the Procurement Segment Manager and help execute strategies to secure supply, reduce costs, and optimize processes while ensuring compliance. You will prepare RFQs, review quotes, negotiate terms, place orders, and coordinate with Receiving and other departments to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Three years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• This position requires U.S. person status under ITAR and onsite work in Branford, CT.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFQs and proposals based on plant requirements.
• Review quotations and perform cost analyses to determine best value.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and lead times.
• Place purchase orders to support production, operations, and inventory needs.
• Manage and maintain purchase orders with pricing, codes and vendor promises.
• Monitor invoices on hold and coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers for resolution.
• Reconcile shipping documentation with Receiving.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve plant issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with audit protocols and complete audit responsibilities.
• Assist onboarding of new suppliers and new item setups.
• Ensure procurement procedures comply with quality and financial audits.
• Provide excellent support to overall business operations.
