The incumbent will design sourcing strategies, develop supplier relationships, and implement best practices to ensure timely, cost-effective supply of equipment and materials for multiple sites worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of supply chain management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong cost reduction and supplier development experience.
• Experience with strategic sourcing and long-term agreements (LTAs).
• Based in Torrington, CT with up to 20% travel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
