Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of procurement/sourcing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sourcing initiatives and category strategies.
• Execute competitive sourcing events (RFPs, RFQs, auctions).
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and SLAs.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and manage portfolios.
• Oversee contracts through lifecycle: amendments, renewals, closeout.
• Identify supplier risks and mitigation plans.
• Provide market intelligence and cost optimization opportunities.
• Mentor Buyers and Associate Buyers.
