• Ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent requirements with limited supervision.
• Proficiency with purchase orders, RFQs, lead times, inventory control, and MRP concepts.

Aufgaben

• Source and purchase equipment, tools, furniture, racking, and startup requirements.
• Coordinate procurement with Facilities, Operations, Engineering, EHS, Finance, and contractors.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service agreements.
• Track purchases from requisition to delivery, installation, and closeout.
• Monitor supplier commitments to support schedules and budgets.
• Purchase production components and convert demand signals into POs.
• Manage MRO purchasing and stocking levels to prevent stockouts.
• Maintain supplier records, quotations, contracts, and POs.
• Maintain POs, promises, pricing, lead times, and supplier data in ERP/MRP.
• Prepare purchasing reports and track open orders and savings.
