Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix is seeking a Sr. Procurement Buyer – Indirect Castings & Forgings to manage day-to-day procurement activities for casting and forging suppliers, ensure accurate purchase orders, and maintain uninterrupted material flow for machining operations.

The role emphasizes supplier performance management, cross-functional collaboration, risk mitigation, and data-driven reporting using Excel and Power BI to support production readiness and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations management, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, supplier management, or sourcing experience.
• Experience with castings, forgings, machining, metals, or industrial manufacturing supply chains preferred.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and PO execution.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Procurement & order management: manage procurement activities for castings and forgings and ensure PO accuracy and execution.
• Supplier performance management: monitor delivery, quality, responsiveness, and capacity utilization; drive corrective actions.
• Supply risk management: identify constraints and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with SC, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Sourcing teams.
• Data analytics & reporting: maintain dashboards and provide updates on supply status and risks.
