Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with supplier management, supply chain and/or procurement processes.
• 5+ years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting.
• 5+ years in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to completion.
• Preferred: experience with government proposals and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
• Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses.
• Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.
• Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities.
• Leads cross-functional process management activities.
• Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action.
• Leads efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues on high-risk programs.
