Position Overview: Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Experienced Procurement Analyst to join our team in locations including Mesa, Arizona; Hazelwood, Missouri; Huntsville, Alabama; Kent, Renton, and Seattle, Washington; Ridley Park, Pennsylvania; El Segundo, and Seal Beach, California.

Responsibilities:

• Develop processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
• Maintain standard supplier contractual terms, conditions, and agreements
• Analyze and report on supplier and internal performance metrics
• Communicate strategic initiatives and procurement activities
• Lead cross-functional process management activities
• Conduct self-assessments and audits to identify and implement corrective actions
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues in high-risk programs

This position is hybrid, requiring some onsite work at one of the specified locations. The schedule is for 1st shift. The role requires compliance with export control regulations, including U.S. Person status as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Over 5 years of experience analyzing data and building presentations
• Over 3 years in supplier or supply chain management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Over 5 years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
• Over 3 years of experience presenting data analysis to various audiences, including senior management

Additional Information:

Typically, 10+ years of related experience or military background; advanced degrees preferred. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate at their own expense. Travel up to 10% may be required.
