Job summary

Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC in Sunbury, PA (on-site) is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Inventory Analyst to ensure materials and supplies keep production running smoothly. You will monitor inventory, coordinate with Purchasing, analyze usage and forecasts, and work with Production, Warehouse, Operations, and Sales to meet material needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets and reports
• Ability to translate data into practical recommendations
• Experience with vendor relationship management
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Experience with ERP or purchasing system preferred

Responsibilities

• Inventory & material planning: monitor inventory levels and conduct counts
• Vendor & supplier management: build relationships and monitor performance
• Procurement coordination: translate material needs into purchasing requirements
• Reporting & analysis: track inventory turns and provide management reports
