Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Basic math skills and ability to complete production logs and checklists accurately.
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and stack boxes weighing 35-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Willingness to cross-train and assist in other areas as needed.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours.
• Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards (GMP/SQF compliance a plus).

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Overview:
