TC Energy is seeking a Buyer/Holdback Release Analyst to support the Procurement & Expediting team. You will procure materials by commodity, manage the full sourcing lifecycle including RFx, and assist with holdbacks on construction contracts across the US and Canada.

This role requires strong analytical skills, organization, and precise documentation and timelines. You will collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Accounts Payable, ensuring SAP records are complete and compliant.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years procurement experience purchasing natural gas equipment.
• Education and experience may be combined to meet requirements.

Responsabilités

• Procure materials by assigned commodity with varying complexity.
• Conduct commercial evaluations of quotes and engage in supplier negotiations.
• Develop, issue, and manage RFx processes.
• Serve as SPOC for purchase orders within your area.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project teams, Legal, Risk, Project Controllers, Accounts Payable, etc.
• Understand standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
