Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Contract Analyst to process customer contract requests, manage transportation agreements, and support capacity release activities. You will collaborate with stakeholders, interpret contract documents, and ensure timely execution in a hybrid work environment across North America.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in contract administration or energy operations, with strong FERC/NAESB knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of contract administration, energy industry or pipeline operations.
• Strong understanding of FERC Regulations and NAESB standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate the execution of contracts and amendments in compliance with tariffs and policies.
• Interpret and analyze contract documents, draft language, and process agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders to ensure accurate execution.
• Assist customers and facilitate the daily capacity release process, troubleshooting issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to service agreements and capacity release.
• Participate in testing of system enhancements and new functionality.
• Support quarterly compliance reviews and regulatory filings.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
