You will coordinate with sourcing, operations, and design engineering to ensure cost‑effective procurement and supplier qualification, while driving producibility and reliability improvements.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, strong data analysis, and the ability to manage complex supplier relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s or post-secondary degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience with manufacturing engineering processes or policies.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and discussions to drive results.
• Project Management Experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and industry specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret Statement of Work/Statement of Requirement.
• Must be able to obtain a secret clearance if required.
• Experience capturing, aggregate, analyzing, and presenting data that effectively communicates insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sourcing, operations, design engineering, and suppliers to facilitate design, production, test, and qualification.
• Analyze technical data, specifications, and manufacturing constraints to assess supplier capabilities.
• Evaluate and recommend potential suppliers based on cost, capability, and performance.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to solve producibility, quality, cost, and reliability challenges.
• Drive technical trade‑offs and standardization to achieve economical procurement.
