CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking a Director of Procurement for the South Central Division to lead end-to-end procurement across multiple states.

The role partners with leadership to drive savings, supply continuity, and operational efficiency, while guiding a team of managers, category leads, and analysts. The candidate will transform market and spend insights into business actions, champion P2P standardization, and oversee related analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in procurement with 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience in large multinational and asset-intensive environments.
• Experience with shared services or center of excellence environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor on cost management, supplier strategy, market risk, and procurement opportunities.
• Develop and execute the Division procurement strategy to deliver sustainable cost savings and efficiency.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and performance management.
