Job summary

Super.com seeks a Director of Procurement to lead the function end-to-end, from multi-year strategy to high-impact negotiations. You will oversee technology spend (SaaS, infra, services), collaborate with executives, Finance, and Legal, and scale workflows with automation and AI. This is a remote-first role with global impact.

You will mentor a high-performing team, drive cost savings, and align procurement with strategic priorities to unlock value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• 3+ years leading procurement teams at director level or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in technology spend including SaaS licensing, infrastructure, and services.
• Strong analytical skills to model TCO, ROI, and cost-benefit scenarios.
• Solid understanding of vendor risk management and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR).
• Proven ability to build scalable procurement processes, policies, and P2P workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year procurement vision and sourcing strategy.
• Lead supplier negotiations, bids, renewals, and risk mitigation with Legal, Security, and FP&A.
• Drive TCO analysis, set procurement targets, and track realized value.
• Build strategic partnerships with key suppliers with clear metrics.
• Rebuild and scale end-to-end procurement workflows using automation and AI.
• Strengthen procurement policies, governance, and controls including due diligence.
