Job summary

Trading Technologies International is seeking a strategic Director of Procurement to lead our global procurement, vendor management, and governance initiatives. You will own indirect and direct procurement, drive complex enterprise negotiations, and steer M&A integration across SaaS, telecom, and market data.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8–10+ years procurement and vendor management in tech or finance environments.
• Proven experience negotiating enterprise agreements across SaaS, Telecom, Market Data, CapEx, and OpEx.
• Experience with M&A due diligence and vendor consolidation projects.
• Strong governance, privacy, and data protection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management for SaaS, Telecom, Market Data, CapEx and OpEx.
• Oversee vendor management, risk assessments, audits, and post‑merger integration of supply chains and contracts.
• Manage contractor lifecycle, SOWs, onboarding/offboarding, and spend controls.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Corporate Controller to align procurement with budgets and cash flow.
• Design governance policies and ensure data protection compliance across vendor agreements.
