GLOVIS America, Inc. is seeking an Administrator, Procurement to execute day-to-day procurement operations supporting FV Transportation and other departments in Irvine, CA.

You will manage vendor contracts, negotiate terms, review rates, and provide market insights to drive cost efficiencies and compliance. The role requires an Associates degree and about 4 years of experience in supplier management, logistics or project management, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• 4 years of direct experience in Supplier Management, Logistics, Projects Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier contracts and oversee procurement activities.
• Review vendor rates, market studies, and supplier scorecards.
• Oversee procurement categories to ensure continuity of supply.
• Validate existing supplier contracts and ensure feasibility with stakeholders.
• Provide market insights and cost-savings opportunities.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support compliance and regulatory reporting to senior management.
