Job summary

Molex Aerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS) seeks a Procurement Compliance Specialist to safeguard our global supply chain in a highly regulated environment. You will advise sourcing and business teams on government contracting, export controls, supplier cybersecurity, and related regulatory requirements.

You will partner across teams to ensure compliance, manage contract flow-downs, and lead audit readiness, with a focus on CMMC/DFARS and ITAR/EAR controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in regulated procurement or contract administration.
• Knowledge of government contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS).
• Familiarity with ITAR/EAR export controls and supplier compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sourcing and business teams to ensure supplier compliance with government contracting and regulatory requirements.
• Interpret contract flow-downs and translate into supplier obligations and processes.
• Lead supplier compliance activities related to CMMC, DFARS cybersecurity, CUI/FCI/CDI.
• Support export control compliance, licensing, screening, and controlled data handling.
• Monitor supply chain risks for critical materials and sole-source suppliers; support mitigations.
• Coordinate supplier certifications, attestations, corrective actions, and audit readiness.
• Assist audits and reporting; support Small Business Subcontracting Plans.
