The role emphasizes strong commercial and contractual experience and effective communication with senior leaders. The position is hybrid, requiring presence in the Chicagoland area and periodic collaboration with business partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or similar discipline.
• 8+ years procurement experience with a hardware focus.
• Strong contract and negotiation skills with minimal legal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term hardware RFx processes and agreements.
• Analyze spend and drive strategic sourcing initiatives for hardware.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on budgets and requirements.
• Negotiate terms and mitigate risk in strategic contracts.
• Support supplier segmentation, scorecards and business reviews.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract renewals.
