Motorola Solutions is seeking an Experienced Procurement professional in the Greater Chicago area to lead strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract lifecycle activities. You will drive cost reductions, risk management, and cross-functional alignment while ensuring compliance and governance.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with 5+ years in procurement and a CPSM/MCIPS/CPM/PMP credential preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or supply chain.
• 5+ years of procurement or related experience; alternative 7+ years.
• Ability to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies and RFx processes.
• Build and manage supplier relationships and performance reviews.
• Identify and implement cost reductions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Manage full contract lifecycle and compliance.
• Develop budgets, forecast spend, and analyze financial data.
