Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 0–1 year of procurement or buying experience.
• Experience with ERP/purchasing software is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills needed for daily internal/supplier contacts.

Responsabilités

• Procure production materials to support quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Prepare POs to meet production/forecast demand.
• Coordinate with management for on-time deliveries and report backorders.
• Maintain supplier relationships, negotiate price and lead time.
• Maintain ERP data in IFS and assist inventory levels across departments.
