Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in procurement software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and supplier evaluation: identify and assess suppliers for quality, price and delivery.
• Purchasing and order management: execute purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Negotiation and contract management: negotiate pricing, terms and contracts.
• Inventory management: monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Data analysis and reporting: analyze purchasing data to identify savings opportunities.
