Job summary

RTX is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support its ES-Procurement shared services team. The role focuses on reviewing Statements of Work, NDAs, and supplier qualifications; negotiating terms; and ensuring delivery post-award.

The ideal candidate negotiates effectively, manages multiple priorities, and builds strong supplier relationships. With a university degree and at least 1 year in PO management and supplier relations, you will join a hybrid work environment and collaborate across business

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in purchase order management including documentation.
• Experience with the use of SAP procurement software.
• 1+ years of experience in supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Review of Statements of Work.
• Creating Non-Disclosure Agreements and/or Proprietary Information.
• Obtaining proposal/quotation activities; selecting qualified suppliers and performing due diligence.
• Supplier negotiations (price, schedules and terms & conditions).
• Post-award management and delivery assurance.
• Significant supplier interaction with business and program teams.
