Job summary

• Familiarity with procurement systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and organizing data (spend, pricing, volume) for analysis.
• Summarize findings and contribute to reports and presentations clearly.
• Create and update basic documents and presentations using MS Office.
• Maintain simple tracking tools and data repositories for procurement work.
• Support Category Managers with procurement strategies and initiatives.
• Coordinate activities like RFPs, contract reviews, and PO tracking.
• Monitor vendor performance by collecting and reporting metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn client/LOB strategies.
