Qualifications

• Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–4 years in procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience with PO management and vendor communications.
• Familiarity with government or public-sector procurement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including PO creation and tracking.
• Analyze expenditures to identify cost saving opportunities and compliance.
• Maintain supplier scorecards and monitor vendor performance data.
• Coordinate with Finance to reconcile PO data across ERP systems.
• Ensure supplier quality, COI requirements, and regulatory compliance.
