Job summary

The Boeing Company in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, is seeking an Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent to join the Chinook team. The role focuses on demand/supply analysis, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management.

This is an onsite first-shift position with growth opportunities within Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS). Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in supplier or supply chain management and experience negotiating contracts, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management.
• More than 2 years of experience negotiating contracts, terms and conditions, and pricing.
• Ability to work onsite in Ridley Park, PA.

Responsibilities

• Associate Level 2: Review and analyze demand and supply; prepare information agreements; support sourcing strategies and contract documentation; monitor supplier performance.
• Experienced Level 3: Integrate program and customer strategies into sourcing and contracting; negotiate pricing and terms; manage supplier risk and performance; drive supplier improvements.
