Zusammenfassung

Sand Cherry Associates is seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant for an 8-week, 1099 engagement in Houston, TX or Lafayette, LA. You will lead current-state assessments across Operations, O2C, and P2P, map end-to-end processes, and deliver a prioritized improvement roadmap.

Travel up to 25% and US work authorization required; C2C not offered. The ideal candidate combines Lean/Six Sigma BPM expertise with workshop facilitation and strong communication skills to translate findings into

Qualifikationen

7+ years of experience in business process engineering, BPM, or management consulting.
Strong experience developing process maps, swim lanes, workflows, and narratives.
Workshop facilitation and stakeholder interviewing skills.

Aufgaben

Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders.
Document current-state processes across O2C and P2P.
Develop detailed swim lane process maps and identify ownership, handoffs, and controls.
Assess systems, data flows, and controls; review existing documentation.
Identify bottlenecks, handoffs, redundancies, and opportunities for simplification.
Create a prioritized roadmap and shortlist quick wins vs. longer-term initiatives.
