Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Business Process Architect Co‑Op for the Spring 2027 season at our Chaska, MN site. The role focuses on analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes across IT and business functions, using platforms like ServiceNow, Jira, and Smartsheet.

You will map workflows, gather requirements, support testing, and drive automation to improve efficiency and standardization. This is a full-time co‑op for six months starting January.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a student.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, M-F (8a-5p) from January to June.
• Familiar with university co-op requirements.
• Sponsorship through H1-B is not available at this time.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews to understand current processes.
• Document current and future-state workflows and process maps.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and automation opportunities.
• Gather requirements for workflows, dashboards and integrations.
• Collaborate with process owners, IT, and platform admins on improvements.
• Create process docs, training materials and executive summaries.
• Support testing and validation of workflow solutions.
• Contribute to projects like onboarding, IT service requests, asset management, and dashboards.
