Qualifications

• Secret clearance or CBP BI/DHS reciprocity accepted
• Local to Washington, DC metro area
• Understanding DHS acquisition/procurement process
• Experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or management consulting

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state land acquisition processes, workflows, and reporting procedures.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardization and automation.
• Develop future-state processes to improve efficiency, traceability, and collaboration.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives supporting milestones and objectives.
• Create process maps, SOPs, and business requirements.
• Support roadmaps, governance models, and implementation plans.
• Validate ownership records and acquisition status information.
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Conduct interviews to identify needs and opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
