AMS is seeking a Proactive Sourcing Specialist to support a global pharmaceutical client across Hungary. You will apply strategic sourcing, market research, and talent mapping to identify high-quality senior talent and build durable pipelines that drive hiring outcomes.

In a fast-paced, international environment, you will partner with AMS recruitment teams and client stakeholders to stay aligned on priorities, share market insights, and continuously improve pipeline quality and recruiting

Formación

• Proactive sourcing, direct search, headhunting, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, or related complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior-level partners.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and attract high-quality senior talent across Hungary and EMEA.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using direct search, headhunting, and networking.
• Maintain alignment with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers on priorities.
• Build and sustain robust pipelines using Boolean search and sourcing channels.
• Engage candidates professionally and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and trends to stakeholders.
• Improve pipeline quality and recruiting efficiency through proactive actions.
• Support recruitment activities such as job postings and interview coordination.
