Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Private Client Director to lead the end-to-end enrollment process for prospective families across select campuses. You will drive discovery conversations, evaluate alignment, and guide families through onboarding with transparency and accountability.

This full-time, on-site role requires 3+ years of high-caliber service experience, a track record of managing 20+ engagements, and strong CRM literacy (HubSpot, SIS). Relocation assistance is provided to Western campuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years providing high-caliber, individualized service in premium settings (education, luxury hospitality, executive support).
• Proven ownership of a complete client/admissions cycle from engagement to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete enrollment experience for prospective families from inquiry to onboarding.
• Facilitate discovery conversations to evaluate fit before advancing discussions.
• Oversee 20+ concurrent family engagements across enrollment phases.
• Direct campus visits and decision-focused discussions articulating standards and profiles.
• Maintain precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) for forecasting and resource allocation.
