Job summary

Trustmark Bank seeks a Commercial Lending/Portfolio Support professional to collaborate with Private Banking Relationship Managers on deal structuring, underwriting, and loan documentation across the footprint.

You will monitor covenants, exceptions, and past dues while ensuring accurate funding of loan draws and compliance with lending policies and procedures. Strong client service and system knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of commercial lending/credit experience.
• Experience preparing loan applications and documents.
• Knowledge of loan workflows and processes.
• Understanding of lending and credit approval processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan portfolio with underwriting, risk analysis, and documentation.
• Monitor covenants, exceptions, and past dues; track construction progress.
• Provide service on policies, procedures, systems related to lending.
• Prepare loan applications, disburse funds, pull reports and statements.
• Assist Private Banking Officers with collateral releases and file releases.
• Provide general administrative support to the department.
