Job summary

Cella is seeking a contract production lead in Austin, TX to drive end-to-end print execution and Direct Mail programming, collaborating with executive creative leaders to turn complex visual concepts into cost-efficient campaigns nationwide.

You will work with Creative Directors, studios, and external vendors, negotiating costs, managing budgets, and ensuring schedules, postal compliance, and high QA standards across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressive print production experience in an agency or design team environment.
• Deep technical expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop) and variable data Direct Mail practices.
• Proven track record of managing large budgets and vendor negotiations for cost efficiencies.
• Familiarity with Workfront, Basecamp, PeopleSoft, and Ariba; strong QA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end print production from concept to final delivery.
• Engineer complex project specs and Direct Mail templates for personalization and QA.
• Negotiate vendor costs and manage budgets with bid analyses and cost-saving measures.
• Establish and track production timelines ensuring postal compliance and on-time delivery.
