Job summary

Cella is seeking a Print Production Designer in Los Angeles to translate creative concepts into production-ready files for large-format print and environmental graphics, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with the original creative vision.

You will own end-to-end pre-press, collaborate with print producers and vendors, and manage multiple projects while applying CMYK, Pantone, color-management, and substrate finishing knowledge to deliver high-quality physical outputs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of print production design or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CMYK, Pantone, color management, and large-format printing.
• Experience preparing artwork for OOH, retail, environmental, or experiential applications.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into production-ready files for physical applications.
• Own pre-press from setup to final production release.
• Prepare mechanicals and production files per vendor specs.
• Perform preflight checks for color, resolution, bleeds, dielines.
• Collaborate with print producers and vendors to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain organized production files and documentation.
