Job summary

Amazon’s North America Direct Fulfillment team seeks a Principal SCM for the CX charter to drive end-to-end Direct Fulfillment initiatives. You will influence senior leaders, own critical projects, and scale DX improvements across the network.

As a trusted owner, you’ll define programs, set objectives, analyze data, and lead resource planning. You will report progress to VPs and collaborate with product teams to deliver fast, reliable delivery solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• 7+ years of communicating results to senior leadership.
• 7+ years of cross-functional experience across teams.
• 10+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to determine organizational synergies and opportunities for operational processes.
• Build solid relationships with peers across the organization and ensure smooth process flow and collaboration.
• Identify problems and explore solutions to current processes and systems.
• Translate metrics, research, and trends to identify opportunities and initiatives for improvement.
• Develop and report metrics on organizational performance and review.
• Develop and manage resource planning for product development.
• Lead and deliver results on projects involving cross-functional teams with program updates at all levels.
